We will be closed from Saturday, April 19 to Monday, April 21 for the Easter holidays.
All orders placed after 12 PM on Friday, April 18 will be processed and shipped starting from Tuesday, April 22.

Shipping info
The orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12pm CET will be shipped on the next day.
Please note, the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next Monday.
Our main logistics partner for shipments in Italy is SDA, while for EU countries and the rest of the world, we rely on DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Orders to Turkey: as of June 2023, the threshold for personal shipments has been reduced from 1500 EUR to 150 EUR.

Customs Duties
For orders to Extra-EU countries, taxes and customs duties are not included at checkout. Customs duties vary from country to country and we are not able to predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For this reason, any additional customs clearance costs should be borne by the buyer. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite you to contact your local customs office as these costs may vary.
For your convenience, here is a handy list of our most popular shipping destinations and the approximate amount of duties for each pair of glasses:
- United States: 45$ (duties + VAT)
- United Kingdom: 40£ (duties + VAT)
- Canada: 55 CAD (duties + VAT)
If the package is not collected by the customer and must be sent back to Italy, the customs clearence costs will be deducted from the refund. Read more information on returns.
